Herbed Salmon Caesar

Ingredients:

Salad:
One bag romaine lettuce, washed and cut
2- 8oz. pieces of salmon
2 Tbs. fresh, grated Parmesan cheese
Herbs De Provence
1 tsp. olive oil

Dressing:
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. sugar
1/2-cup olive oil
1 tsp. Carlson Fish Oil
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Place a steamer in a saucepan. Add water to the bottom of the saucepan. Bring to a boil. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and steam in basket with a cover on the pan for approximately 8 minutes.

Take out, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with herbs and place on top of romaine. To make dressing, whisk together vinegar, mustard, garlic, sugar and salt. Slowly drizzle in olive oil and fish oil whisking until thickened. Season  with black pepper. Drizzle dressing on salad and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
